Deleting Rules

To delete a rule, you must have the Manage organization or Manage rule-based dimensions role. For complete descriptions of each role available in Flexera One, see Flexera One Roles.

You can delete a rule on the Rule-Based Dimensions page.

To delete a rule:

  1. Go to the Rule-Based Dimensions page ( Administration > Cloud Settings > Rule-Based Dimensions ).
  2. In the Dimensions list, click the expand icon next to the dimension that contains the rules list with the rule you want to delete.
  3. Click the rules list. The rules contained in the rules list are listed.
  4. Click the three dots icon next to the rule you want to delete, and then click Delete Rule . The Delete Rule dialog box appears, asking you to confirm if you want to delete the rule.
  5. Click Delete . The rule is deleted.

After you make rule changes, it takes 24 hours to process the change.
